It has been my pleasure to be associated with Mr. McSweeney through the process of acquiring, cleaning and repairing, and marketing a property in Rancho Palos Verdes Estates which closed on Feb 13, 2008. This was a very complicated undertaking as there were nine lenders involved in the foreclosure on this property. I was the person designated to handle the transactions for the lender group.
Mr McSweeney made this process much less onerous and much more efficient than it has been in several other instances of foreclosures I have been involved with during the past fifteen months. He is very knowledgeable about this general and special real estate market. He has been remarkable at generating solid offers and efficiently putting together the necessary services and repairs to expedite a rapid closure to the escrow while protecting the interests of buyer and seller, borrower and lender(s).
